Stable quality in mass-production is our chief concern when designing and manufacturing molds at Nagatsu. To ensure that, we inject every ounce of know-how we have drawn from our own experiences with mass-production right down to the smallest detail. Moreover, we have a system in place to test new molds on actual equipment and feed results back to design operations, all in-house.
The best thing, however, is that we’re really good at complex structures and, therefore, provide molds that take the stress out of mass-producing difficult-to-mold products.
