Profile

I studied mechanical engineering. In school I was on the table tennis and badminton teams. My hobbies include fishing, traveling, running marathons, music, and movies.

The Work, and Why I Joined

What does your job involve?: In the Molding Group, I use injection molding machines to run tryouts on new molds, identify problems, and propose solutions.
What led you to join Nagatsu?: I was recommended by my university.

What Makes It Rewarding, and What Comes Next

What moments in your work have made you happy, moved you, or been fun?: At first there was so much I didn't understand, but gradually I started to get it and the work became fun. Now I want to take on more difficult challenges.
What has been hard in your work, or what are you struggling with now?: It was hard when I went days without finding a way to solve a problem.
In what ways do you feel you've grown through your work?: Through hands-on experience, I've become able to think through problems based on theory.
What are your goals going forward?: To have the knowledge expected of someone my age.
